She crosses your mind in the morning
She stays there most of the day
She makes you long to see her
No matter the time or place
She talks about you to her friends
Her family gets to meet you, too
She makes you want to show the world
Images taken of the two of you
She gives you reasons to claim her
With no pressure for any title
She brings out the best in you
If you had to, you’d fight for her
She wasn’t who you thought she would be
Maybe she was exactly what you needed
She’s closer to your age
She silences you when you feel defeated
She makes you want to be a better man
She probably loves you but she shouldn’t
She must be everything you wanted
She’s done all the things I couldn’t.

Thanks for respecting my invitation, I personally feel that the flow of emotions between a writer and a reader should be a two way street, hence I always drop in my thoughts for the writer whenever something moves me & pleasure was all mine witnessing the greatness of your creativity 😊
